The Loop is committed to protecting the rights and privacy of service users, volunteers, staff, Trustees and other stakeholders, where personal data is held, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).  The Regulation, effective from 25th May 2018, protects the rights and privacy of individuals and gives more control over how data is used and gathered, giving better protection overall of personal data.
